Yes, this is by no means useful at the moment, but it's stimulus
I'm sure someone can snazz this up, but the basic links go like this:

Sirius is a bit of a dead end with two Rogue Pirates, one Master Pirate, and the only Shambling Morass in the top left somewhere.
Alpha Centauri has two planets (cunningly labeled Centauri I and II) of which Centauri I is headquarters to the Oracle faction. It has three Space Eels (bottom right), a Master Pirate hovering beneath Centauri II and has the space monkey hovering around somewhere. It also has a couple of squares of light ore in the bottom right.
Terra has two planets (Earth and Venus) and contains four Space Eels (top right), one Space Eel Mother (bottom left), two Rogue Pirates (top left), one Interstellar Wasp (bottom middle), and two Vorpal Fangs (bottom right).
Proxima Centauri is a local dump home to a single Space Eel Mother. There are no planets.
Aldebaran is an asteroid field (1 precious, 2 heavy and lots of light ore) followed by a long tunnel which wraps around to a dead end, mostly energy tiles. A pair of rogue pirates seen to top right of the asteroid field.
